Living with HIV, Dying of TB: A Critique of the Response of Global AIDS Donors to the Co-epidemic

Abstract
In March 2009, ACTION released a report stating that donor-funded AIDS initiatives are failing to address staggering TB/HIV co-infection levels. Living with HIV, Dying of TB: A Critique of the Response of Global AIDS Donors to the Co-epidemic says that in some cases, institutions lack the means to even monitor whether funding was provided for TB/HIV efforts, let alone the efficacy of such investments.
