Submit TB Materials

We invite you to share your organization's TB-related educational and training materials. You may submit a new material or update information about a material already in the database using one of the following methods.

  • Print and complete a Submission Request Form and mail it to:
CDC National Prevention Information Network (NPIN)
TB Education & Training Resources Database
    Attn: Miriam Mendenhall
    8737 Colesville Road, Suite 1100
    Silver Spring, MD 20910

  • Print and complete a Submission Request Form and fax it to: (301) 565-3710, Attn: NPIN Database Manager.

  • Send an e-mail to info@findtbresources.org with the title, author, contact information, distributor, format, and copyright. A database specialist will contact you to gather the other information needed to include or update your material in the database.

At the time of submission, please send one complimentary copy of your material to NPIN at the address above.

Although the Submission Request Form will help us to catalog a material, it is not required. If you would prefer not to complete the request form, you may simply send one copy of your material to the address above. This copy will be distributed to NPIN's resource center in Georgia and will be available for viewing by the general public, health professionals, community service providers, government agencies, and other interested audiences.
